Start your morning with this fresh and healthy recipe prepared out of oats, sprouts, green nuts, fruits.
Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup
Grains 1 cup
Peanuts 1 cup
water as required
Onion (finely chopped) 1 number
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tea spoon
Carrot (chopped) 1/3 cup
Bell pepper/Capsicum (yellow, red, green) 1 cup
Spinach (finely chopped) 1 bunch
Pepper (crushed) 1 tea spoon
Method:
Soak grains of your choice along with peanuts and boil them.
Now add chopped onions, garlic, carrot and bring this to boil
Then add chopped bell pepper (red, yellow, green) along with spinach, give it a mix and cook well by adding oats.
Sprinkle crushed pepper powder, give it a mix and serve hot.
