Ingredients:
Horlicks Oats 1 cup, 1 Onion (Chopped), Beetroot juice 1 cup, Curry leaves 2 springs, Chopped Ginger 1 tea spoon, Oil as required, Salt to taste, Garlic cloves 5 number, 2 Green Chilies (Chopped), Sesame seeds 1 tea spoon, Peanuts 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Blend the dry roasted peanuts and sesame seeds to a coarse powder.
Dry roast 1 cup of Horlicks oats in the same pan and grind this to a coarse powder.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves and sauté it.
Now add beetroot juice, salt, Horlicks oats powder to it and mix well.
Then season with grinded sesame seeds powder and cook for about 2 minutes by stirring occasionally.
Prepare dough with the above mixture by adding water (as required) and shape them into small balls.
Then transfer to a plate and cover it with muslin cloth for few minutes.
Roll the balls into rotis’ and roast them on both sides by adding oil.
Healthy Horlicks Oats Beetroot Rotis are now ready to serve.
