High Court on Sandeshkhali Sheikh Shahjahan Arrest Live: ममता को झटका, ED CBI करेगी गिरफ्तार

Sandeshkhali Ex MLA Bail from Calcutta High Court: कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट ने मंगलवार (27 फरवरी) को सीपीएम के पूर्व विधायक निरापद सरदार को बिना शर्त जमानत दे दी. कोर्ट ने इस दौरान कहा कि 17 दिनों तक नेता के साथ की गई अभद्रता और प्रताड़ना के लिए राज्य को शर्म आनी चाहिए. कोर्ट ने इस टिप्पणी के अलावा सुझाव दिया कि इसमें शामिल पुलिसकर्मियों को तुरंत गिरफ्तार किया जाना चाहिए. संदेशखाली कोलकाता हाईकोर्ट ने संज्ञान लेकर जो मामला शुरू किया था उस केस में शाहजहां शेख को पार्टी बनाया गया। कोर्ट ने कहा, शाहजहां शेख की गिरफ्तारी पर कोई रोक नहीं है और 4 मार्च फिर से सुनवाई होगी। वहीं सवाल उठ रहा है कि क्या है सिंगूर मामला? और संदेशखाली कहीं सिंगूर न बन जाये?

Sandeshkhali Violence Update: Shahjahan Sheikh was made a party in the case which was initiated by the Kolkata High Court after taking cognizance of it. The court said, there is no stay on the arrest of Shahjahan Sheikh and the hearing will be held again on March 4. The question being raised is what is the Singur case? And Sandeshkhali might turn into Singur?
