HC ने बंगाल सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया है. हाईकोर्ट ने साढ़े चार बजे तक शाहजहां शेख की कस्टडी CBI को सौंपने को कहा है. HC ने बंगाल पुलिस को अपने मंगलवार के आदेश की तामील करने को कहा है.
