Ricotta Cheese is creamy, delicious and tastes great as a curried dip or call it a sabji that could be enjoyed with a roti or naan. Its quick and also makes for a great sandwich spread.

Ingredients/ Method
500 gms RIcotta
Oil for cooking
1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds
1 small chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 small chopped tomato
1 cup peas
1 tsp each salt/ turmeric/ red chilli powder/ curry powder
5-6 stalks of cilantro for garnish
- Sizzle cumin and mustard seeds in a pan.
- Add onions and peas. Mix well. Add garlic and other spices ( except curry powder)
- Saute for few mins.
- Add Ricotta. Mix well. Add tomatoes and curry powder.
- Cook further for 4-5 mins and then serve after garnishing with cilantro leaves.
