इससे पहले पाकिस्तान के पूर्व विदेश मंत्री सरताज अजीज़ दिसंबर 2016 में अफ़ग़ानिस्तान पर होने वाली हार्ट ऑफ़ एशिया कॉन्फ्रेंस के लिए भारत के अमृतसर आए थे...हालांकि तब उनकी भारत के विदेश मंत्री के साथ कोई द्विपक्षीय बातचीत नहीं हुई थी...लेकिन उसके बाद भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच रिश्ते कुछ इस तरह ख़राब हुए कि उसके बाद से किसी भी पाकिस्तानी विदेशी मंत्री को भारत आने का मौक़ा ही नहीं मिला...
दरअसल बिलावल SCO यानी शंघाई कोऑपरेशन ऑर्गनाइजेशन की बैठक में हिस्सा लेने भारत पहुँचे हैं....
ये वही बिलावल भुट्टो हैं...जो UN समेत दुनिया भर के मंचों का इस्तेमाल भारत को बदनाम करने और भारत के ख़िलाफ़ जहर उगलने के लिए करते रहे हैं...लेकिन आज की सच्चाई कुछ और है, और ये सच्चाई आप इन तस्वीरों में ख़ुद देख सकते हैं...क्योंकि बिलावल भुट्टो को थक हार कर आज इसी भारत की धरती पर आना पड़ा है...
