12 साल बाद पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री ने भारत की ज़मीन पर कदम रखा है। बिलावल भुट्टो ने गोवा में SCO समिट के लिये कराची से उड़ान भरी। चलते-चलते कहा कि- 'मैं उन देशों से द्विपक्षीय मुलाक़ात की उम्मीद कर रहा हूं जो इस ऑर्गनाइजेशन का हिस्सा हैं। पिछले 7 साल से भारत-पाकिस्तान में कोई द्विपक्षीय बातचीत नहीं हुई है। क्योंकि भारत की विदेश नीति एकदम क्लीयर है कि आतंकवाद और बातचीत साथ-साथ नहीं चल सकते.

After 12 years, Pakistan's Foreign Minister has stepped on Indian soil. Bilawal Bhutto took off from Karachi for the SCO summit in Goa. While walking said- 'I am looking forward to bilateral meeting with those countries which are part of this organization. There has been no bilateral dialogue between India and Pakistan for the last 7 years. Because India's foreign policy is very clear that terrorism and talks cannot go together.
