दिल्ली में प्रदूषण को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने काफी सख्ती दिखाई है। इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पंजाब, हरियाणा,राजस्थान,यूपी और दिल्ली सरकार को फटकार लगाई थी। खासतौर से प्रदूषण पर नियंत्रण के प्रयासों को लेकर इन राज्यों से जवाब तलब किया गया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केंद्र सरकार की पराली को लेकर एक स्टेटस रिपोर्ट दी गई थी। इसमें हरियाणा और पंजाब में पराली जलाने की घटनाओं और इन दोनों राज्यों में पराली जलने को रोकने को लेकर उठाए गए कदमों के बारे में बताया गया था.

Answers were sought from these states especially regarding the efforts to control pollution. A status report was given in the Supreme Court regarding the stubble of the Central Government. In this, there was a mention of the incidents of stubble burning in Haryana and Punjab and the steps taken to stop stubble burning in these two states.
