पंजाब में पराली जलाने के मामले बढ़ने पर दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने बुधवार को केंद्र सरकार को जिम्मेदार ठहराया. उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब में किसान पराली जलाने के लिए मजबूर हैं, क्योंकि केंद्र सरकार ने पराली नष्ट करने के लिए पंजाब सरकार की नीति का समर्थन नहीं किया.

Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on Wednesday held the central government responsible for increasing cases of stubble burning in Punjab. He said that farmers in Punjab are compelled to burn stubble because the central government did not support the policy of the Punjab government to destroy the stubble.
