Pollution in Delhi NCR: दिल्ली-एनसीआर में वायु प्रदूषण का स्तर लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है. आलम यह है कि लोगों को सांस लेना दुभर हो चुका है. एयर क्वालिटी इंडेक्स (AQI) का स्तर 400 के पार बना हुआ है. हवा का खराब स्तर गंभीर श्रेणी में पहुंच चुका है. ऐसा लग रहा है कि मानों पूरा एनसीआर गैस चैंबर में तब्दील हो चुका है. दिल्ली सरकार ने 2 दिन स्कूलों में छुट्टी घोषित कर दी है. सुबह से लेकर शाम तक पूरा इलाका धुंध की चादर में लिपटा हुआ देखा जा सकता है.

Despite several preventive measures taken by the Arvind Kejriwal government to curb air pollution in Delhi, the air quality in the national capital on Friday deteriorated to the 'severe' category. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the AQI in the Lodhi Road area was recorded at 438, in Jahangirpuri at 491, in the RK Puram area at 486 and around IGI Airport (T3) 473.
