DNA में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ऐतिहासिक फैसले का विश्लेषण करेंगे ।अगर कोई सरकारी कर्मचारी रिश्वत लेते पकड़े जाएं तो क्या होगा ? FIR होगी..केस चलेगा..दोषी पाए गए तो जेल की सजा होगी । लेकिन क्या आपको पता है कि अगर कोई सांसद या विधायक रिश्वत लेकर संसद या विधानसभा में सवाल पूछते पकड़ा जाए या वोट देते पकड़ा जाए तो उस पर ना FIR होती है..ना केस चलता है..और ना जेल की सजा होती है । आपको 2008 का Cash For Vote कांड याद होगा । जब मनमोहन सरकार के खिलाफ संसद में विश्वास प्रस्ताव लाया गया था। जिसे मनमोहन सरकार जीत गई थी। लेकिन उसी दिन संसद में बीजेपी के तीन सांसदो ने नोटों की गड्डियां लहराते हुए आरोप लगाया था कि उन्हें मनमोहन सरकार बचाने के लिए वोट देने के लिए रिश्वत की पेशकश की गई थी । लेकिन क्या आपको पता है कि जिन सांसदों पर Cash For Vote का आरोप लगा था । उनके खिलाफ रिश्वतखोरी का कोई केस दर्ज नहीं हुआ था । क्योंकि अब तक हमारे देश के माननीयों के लिए संसद या विधानसभा में पैसे लेकर वोट देना या भाषण देना..उनका विशेषाधिकार होता था।
