Supreme Court: सदन में वोट के बदले नोट के मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने
आज एक अहम फैसला सुनाया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की 7 जजों की संविधान पीठ ने 1998 के अपने फैसले को बदल दिया। जेएमएम रिश्वतखोरी केस में 5 पांच जजों की पीठ ने वाले अपने 1998 के फैसले को खारिज कर दिया। सात सदस्यों की संविधान पीठ ने सर्वसम्मति से इस फैसला सुनाया। और कहा कि किसी को भी भ्रष्टाचार की छूट नहीं दी जा सकती।
