Atique Ahmed Court Hearing LIVE: अतीक अहमद साल 2005 में हुई बसपा विधायक राजू पाल की हत्या के मामले में मुख्य आरोपी है. इसके अलावा उस पर राजू पाल की हत्या के मुख्य गवाह उमेश पाल की किडनैपिंग और हत्या का भी आरोप है. उमेश पाल को अगवा करने के मामले में MP-MLA कोर्ट अतीक अहमद सजा सुना सकती है. बार एसोसिएशन ने भी अनुरोध किया है कि इस मामले में आज ही फैसला सुनाया जाए. घटना 28 फरवरी 2006 की है, जब उमेश पाल को पूर्व सांसद अतीक अहमद और उसका भाई पूर्व विधायक खालिद अजीम उर्फ अशरफ ने अपने साथियों के साथ अपहरण कर अपने कार्यालय में ले गए थे. उमेश पाल ने अपहरण की इस घटना का मुकदमा पांच लोगों के खिलाफ दर्ज कराया था. इस मुकदमे में आरोप लगाया गया है कि उमेश पाल को मारा-पीटा गया और अदालत में गवाही पलटने का दबाव बनाया गया. गवाही न पलटने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी. पुलिस ने इस दौरान कई और नाम प्रकाश में आने पर उन्हें भी आरोपी बनाया.

Umesh Pal had filed a case of kidnapping against five people. In this case, it has been alleged that Umesh Pal was beaten up and pressure was made to overturn his testimony in the court. Threatened to kill him if he did not turn his testimony. During this, the police made him an accused when many more names came to light.
