कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट ने स्कूलों में हिजाब पहनने पर फिलहाल रोक लगाते हुए ये साफ कर दिया कि जब तक मामले पर फैसला नहीं आ जाता तब तक शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में धार्मिक परिधान नहीं पहने जाएंगे. लेकिन बड़ा सवाल ये है कि क्या इस तरह के धार्मिक कट्टरवाद का हल Uniform Civil Code है.
