तलाक के लिए सभी धर्मों का एक कानून होगा. तलाक के बाद भरण पोषण का नियम एक होगा. गोद लेने के लिए सभी धर्मों का एक कानून होगा. संपत्ति बटवारे में लड़की का समान हक सभी धर्मों में लागू होगा. अन्य धर्म या जाति में विवाह करने पर भी लड़की के अधिकारों का हनन नहीं होगा. सभी धर्मों में विवाह की आयु लड़की के लिए 18 वर्ष अनिवार्य होगी. लिव इन रिलेशनशिप के लिए पंजीकरण जरूरी होगा.
