देश का दिल कही जाने वाली दिल्ली आज सैलाब के आंसू रो रही है। किनारों को तोड़ यमुना का पानी शहर में घुस गया है, जिन जगहों पर कल तक इंसानी बस्तियां थीं आज वहां बाढ़ का क़ब्ज़ा है। सरकार हो या आम इंसान... किसी को सूझ नहीं रहा है कि इस मुसीबत से कैसे निपटा जाए। बाढ़ से मुकाबले की सारी तैयारियां नाकाम हो चुकी हैं। यमुना का पानी शहर की सड़कों और बस्तियों में तांडव कर रहा है। बड़ी आफत से बचने के लिए केजरीवाल सरकार ने स्कूल कॉलेज बंद कर दिए हैं। कई जगह सड़कें बंद कर दी गई हैं, लोगों से बाहर ना निकलने की अपील की जा रही है। पूरा देश यही दुआ कर रहा है कि हे यमुना मैया दिल्ली पर रहम करो।
