Delhi CM Vs LG Tussle: दिल्ली (Delhi) में अधिकारियों की ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) की संविधान पीठ ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया. चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (CJI) ने कहा कि फैसले को लेकर सभी जजों की राय एक है यानी सीजेआई जो पढ़ेंगे, वो पूरी बेंच का फैसला होगा. सीजेआई ने कहा कि हमारे सामने सवाल प्रशासनिक सेवाओं पर नियंत्रण को लेकर था. किसका नियंत्रण हो- LG या दिल्ली सरकार का. सीजेआई ने कहा कि 2018 में संविधान पीठ ने कुछ मसलों को तय किया था. हम 2019 में दी गई अशोल भूषण की राय से सहमत नहीं है. जान सें कि जस्टिस भूषण ने कहा था कि केंद्र सरकार का अधिकार बनता है सेवाओं पर). तब जस्टिस भूषण का कहना था कि दिल्ली सरकार का अधिकार नहीं बनता है.
