Ingredients and recipe details:
2 cups quick cooking oats
3 tbsp Hemp hearts ( you can use any seeds of your choice)
1-2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp Almond-cashew butter
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup apple ( for sweetness)
2 tbsp Raw natural Honey
1 cup coconut milk
Mix all the ingredients and bake at 350 F (preheated oven ) for 15-20 mins until edges are golden brown. Let cool and enjoy with a cup of tea or store in an airtight container.
