गैंगस्टर अतीक अहमद के बेटे असद और शूटर गुलाम मोहम्मद को UP पुलिस ने गुरुवार को मार गिराया। दोनों उमेश पाल मर्डर केस में वांटेड थे। दोनों पर पांच-पांच लाख रुपए का इनाम था। पुलिस के मुताबिक, इनके पास विदेशी हथियार भी मिले हैं। एनकाउंटर झांसी में पारीछा डैम के पास STF ने किया। प्रशांत कुमार एडीजी लॉ एंड ऑर्डर ने बताया- इनपुट थे कि रास्ते में काफिले पर हमला करके अतीक को छुड़ाने की प्लानिंग की जा रही है। इसे देखते हुए स्पेशल फोर्सेस लगाई गई थीं।

Prashant Kumar, ADG Law and Order said- There were inputs that plans are being made to rescue Atiq by attacking the convoy on the way. In view of this, special forces were deployed.
