Star anise 1
Cardamom 4
Bay leaf 1

Onion 1 (Chopped )
Ginger & Garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Green chili 2
Tomato 2 Small ( Chopped )
Mint leaves ( Chopped )
Coriander leaves ( Chopped )
Salt
Chili powder 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala 1 Tsp
Lemon juice (From 1/2 lemon)
Water 3 Cups
Basmati rice 1 1/2 Cup (Washed & Soaked for 15-20 minutes)
