Cannes 2018: Sonam Kapoor’s Vera Wang Dress Was Horrendous And Boring

Sonam Kapoor failed to make us go wow with her first red carpet appearance at the Cannes Film Festival 2018 however, her second outing was even more unfortunate.

Sonam wore a Vera Wang gown for the premiere of Solo and our jaws dropped when we saw her pictures and not in a good way. Her dress was a joke and it seems Sonam must have had a tough time squeezing herself in the nude corset, which looks more like spanx. The nude and yellow dress washed her out completely and if you are disappointed with the way it looks from the front, wait till you see the back of the dress.

The back featured a huge ruffled flower and it was plain ugly. It looked more like a DIY project than couture. Sonam teamed her dress with Ralph & Russo heels and Chopard jewels. We liked her wispy updo but her make-up was an experiment gone wrong.

This has to be Sonam’s worst year at Cannes.
