Baat Pate Ki: असम में Child Marriage पर बड़ा एक्शन, 2210 से ज्यादा लोग गिरफ्तार | Himanta Biswa

असम की हेमंत बिस्वा सरकार ने 14 साल से कम उम्र में शादी करने पर पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई करने का आदेश जारी किया है. साथ ही 14 से 18 साल में शादी करने पर असम में बाल विवाह निषेध अधिनियम 2006 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया जाएगा.

The Hemant Biswa government of Assam has issued an order to take action under the POCSO Act on marriages below the age of 14 years. Also, a case will be registered under the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006 in Assam for getting married in the age group of 14 to 18 years.
