Time to put on your aprons and get cooking!
1. ALOO MASH
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 Potatoes
2-3 Cubes Butter
To Taste Salt
To Taste Black Pepper
A Pinch Nutmeg Powder
2tbsp Cream
For Garnish:
Lettuce
Parsley
Method:-
Peel the Potatoes and cut them into slices.
Heat water in a Pan, slip sliced potatoes and salt in the water and put them to boil for 10-15 mins.
When the potatoes are cooked, drain them from water and mash them till they get a soft texture.
Heat butter in a Pan, add mashed potatoes, nutmeg powder, crushed blackpepper, salt and mix thoroughly
Add Fresh Cream to the mixture
Garnish with lettuce and Parsley and your Aloo Mash is ready...
