Deivamagal is an Indian Tamil-language family soap opera starring Krishna and Vani Bhojan. It replaced Thirumathi Selvam and was replaced by Naayagi. It was broadcast on Sun TV initially from Monday to Friday and later extended to Saturday from 25 March 2013 to 17 February 2018 for 1,466 episodes. In the serial, the Jai Hind Vilas family (Prakash played by Krishna and Sathyapriya played by Vani Bhojan) overcome several problems they face from Gayathri (Rekha Krishnappa), the main antagonist. The show is produced by Vikatan Televistas Pvt Ltd and director by S. Kumaran.
