अफ्रीकी देश Congo में UN की शांति सेना के खिलाफ हिंसक प्रदर्शन के दौरान मंगलवार को दो भारतीय जवानों की मौत हो गई थी. इसे लेकर शुक्रवार को PM Modi ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासचिव Antonio Guterres से टेलीफोन पर बातचीत की. इस दौरान पीएम मोदी ने एंटोनियो गुटेरेस से कांगो में शांति सैनिकों पर हालिया हमले की शीघ्र जांच सुनिश्चित करने का आग्रह किया है.
