Ingredients List सामग्री
Boiled and cooled Potato - 2
Chillies - 2
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 2 pinch
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Sooji/Semolina - 2 tbsp
Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Atta - 1.5 cup

Take boiled and cooled potatoes
Cut into pieces
Take a jar.
Add Chillies,Ginger,Cumin seeds.
Add water and make fine paste.
Add cut potatoes and make fine paste.
Transfer into a mixing bowl.
Add Salt,Red Chilly Powder,Turmeric Powder,Asafoetida,ajwain,sooji,gram flour.
Add atta.
Knead and prepare dough.
Do not add water.
Add 1 tbsp oil and knead well.
Let it set for 10 mins.
Check after 10 mins and knead.
Add oil and knead well.
Pinch small ball size dough.
Prepare pedas.
Heat oil in kadahi.
Roll to slightly thick Puris.
Make sure oil is hot.
Drop prepared puris into hot oil.
Flip and fry on all sides.
Take out when golden crisp.
