Hi Guys!
Today I will be showing you how I trim my curly hair. This technique is similar to my last trimming video. The only difference is that I twist my hair before I trim it so that I can have more control over the area that I trim.

There are so many ways to trim your natural curly hair. You can flat iron, trim it while it is twisted, or blow it out. I prefer this method since it is following the curly girl method and I lose less hair.

I like to trim my hair every 6-8 months. My very first trim was 18 months post bc.

I suggest purchasing scissors that are used for hair only. I purchased my scissors from Wal-Mart in the hair care section.

I ALWAYS trim my hair dry. Doing this will ensure that I do not cut too much off. If you're uncomfortable trimming your hair yourself I suggest contacting a professional to trim your hair for you:)
