ज्ञानवापी का मसला वाराणसी कोर्ट में है। श्रीकृष्णजन्मभूमि का विवाद इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में है। ताजमहल और कुतुब मीनार पर हिंदू पक्ष पहले ही दावे कर चुका है। ...और बदायूं की जामा मस्जिद का विवाद भी हिंदू पक्ष कोर्ट में ले जा चुका है। ऐसे में 1991 के प्लेसेस ऑफ वर्शिप एक्ट पर पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लड़ाई अहम हो चुकी है। ...हिंदू पक्ष ने एक्ट को चुनौती देते हुए कई याचिकाएं दायर की हैं जिसपर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र से भी जवाब मांगा है। अब मुस्लिम पक्ष की ओर से AIMPLB ने इस एक्ट में बदलाव की याचिकाओं को चुनौती दी है। ...AIMPLB ने अंदेशा जताया है कि एक्ट में बदलाव हुआ तो देश एक बार फिर 1992 के मोड़ पर आ खड़ा होगा, जब बाबरी विध्वंस के बाद सांप्रदायिक दंगे हुए थे और बम ब्लास्ट हुए थे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हिंदू पक्ष का तर्क है कि 1991 का एक्ट 1947 से पहले हिंदू पूजा स्थलों पर आक्रांताओं के कब्ज़े को एक तरह से मान्यता देता है।...सवाल ये भी उठता है कि क्या हिंदू पक्ष की मंशा काशी, मथुरा जैसे और भी दावे करने की है ?..एक्ट में बदलाव की ये मांग इसलिये भी अहम है क्योंकि खुद संघ प्रमुख और इन मामलों के याचिकाकर्ता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी इस पक्ष में हैं कि अयोध्या में राम जन्मभूमि को पाने के बाद काशी और मथुरा को छोड़कर बाक़ी दावों का कोई औचित्य नहीं है।

The Hindu side argues in the Supreme Court that the 1991 Act recognizes the occupation of Hindu places of worship by invaders in a way before 1947. The question also arises whether the Hindu side intends to make more claims like Kashi, Mathura?.. This demand for change in the Act is also important because the Sangh chief himself and the petitioner of these cases, Subramanian Swamy is in this favor that After getting Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, there is no justification for other claims except Kashi and Mathura.
