आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक बार फिर बुलडोजर जाम कर दिया. साफ कह दिया कि 1 अक्टूबर तक बुलडोजर एक्शन नहीं होना चाहिए. इस पर गाइडलाइन बनाने की जरूरत है, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस दौरान किसी भी तरह की निजी संपत्ति पर बुलडोजर एक्शन नहीं होना चाहिए. हां सार्वजनिक जगह जैसे रेलवे फुटपाथ, सड़क ऐसी जगहों पर अतिक्रमण पर रोक नहीं है. कोर्ट ने कहा हम अवैध निर्माण को संरक्षण नहीं दे रहे हैं लेकिन कार्यपालिका को जज नहीं बनना चाहिए. यानि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इशारों इशारों में सरकार से लेकर प्रशासन को नसीहत की घुट्टी पिलाई है. सरकार की तरफ से सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कहा ऐसे तो संवैधानिक संस्था के हाथ बंध जाएंगे. इस पर कोर्ट ने कहा कि 15 दिन में कोई आसमान नहीं टूट जाएगा. आदेश आया तो अखिलेश यादव बोले कि उम्मीद है कि अब बुलडोजर रुक जाएगा जिसे विपक्ष की आवाज दबाने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है. हालांकि बीजेपी कह रही है कि अब तक जो भी बुलडोजर चला है वो संविधान के हद में ही दौड़ा है. कुल मिलाकर फिलहाल 15 दिन बुलडोजर खामोश रहेगा.

That is, the Supreme Court has given advice to the government and the administration in gestures. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta on behalf of the government said that in this way the hands of the constitutional institution will be tied. On this, the court said that no sky will fall in 15 days. When the order came, Akhilesh Yadav said that it is hoped that now the bulldozer will stop which is being used to suppress the voice of the opposition. However, BJP is saying that whatever bulldozer has been used till now has been within the limits of the Constitution. Overall, the bulldozer will remain silent for 15 days.
