बुलडोजर एक्शन पर आज फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 1 अक्टूबर तक बुलडोजर पर ब्रेक लगा दिया है. लेकिन इसी के साथ साथ कोर्ट ने कई बातें कही हैं. जस्टिस बीआर गवई.. और जस्टिस केवी विश्वनाथ की बेंच ने सुनवाई के दौरान कहा है कि अगली तारीख तक कोर्ट की इजाजत के बिना कोई भी तोड़-फोड़ नहीं होनी चाहिए. जिसपर केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से SG तुषार मेहता ने जवाब में कहा की एक धारणा बनाई जा रही है। ​​सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसपर साफ कर दिया की बाहरी शोर का कोर्ट पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता. तुषार मेहता ने अपनी दलील में ये कहा की याचिकाकर्ता कह रहे हैं कि धर्म विशेष के लिए तोड़फोड़ की कार्रवाई हो रही है। ​​​​​सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा की: अभी हमारा मकसद डिमोलेशन की कार्रवाई को व्यवस्थित करना है। ​​​​​​​

The bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice KV Vishwanath has said during the hearing that no demolition should take place without the permission of the court till the next date. On which SG Tushar Mehta on behalf of the central government replied that an impression is being created. ​​The Supreme Court made it clear that external noise has no effect on the court. Tushar Mehta said in his argument that the petitioners are saying that demolition action is being taken for a particular religion. ​​​The Supreme Court said: Right now our aim is to organize the demolition action.
