जमीयत के 34 वें अधिवेशन में मौलाना अरशद मदनी के बयान का जैन मुनि लोकेश ने उसी मंच से विरोध किया था. जिसके बाद जैन मुनि ने जमीयत की ओर से आयोजित अधिवेशन को उसी वक्त छोड़ दिया था. Taal Thok Ke शो में बहस के दौरान जैन मुनि लोकेश अपनी बात रखते हुए भावुक हो गए और उनकी आंखों में आँसू आ गए.
