Supreme Court on Firecracker Ban: SC ने साफ किया है कि पताखों पर बैन को लेकर उसकी ओर से जारी किए दिशानिर्देश सिर्फ दिल्ली एनसीआर तक सीमित नहीं है,बल्कि ये देश के सभी राज्यों पर लागू होता है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि राज्य सरकारों की ज़िम्मेदारी बनती है कि वो वायु प्रदूषण/ ध्वनि प्रदूषण पर लगाम लगाने के लिए ज़रूरी कदम उठाए। सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट की टिप्पणी - पर्यावरण संतुलन बनाये रखने की ज़िम्मेदारी सिर्फ कोर्ट की नहीं है, लोगों को भी और ज़्यादा संजीदा होने की ज़रूरत है। आजकल बच्चो से ज़्यादा बड़े पटाखें चलाते है।ban on pataka

Supreme Court on Firecracker Ban: SC has made it clear that the guidelines issued by it regarding the ban on fire crackers are not limited to Delhi NCR only, but it applies to all the states of the country. The court said that it is the responsibility of the state governments to take necessary steps to control air pollution/noise pollution.
