Supreme court on Chandigarh Mayor Election: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को टिप्पणी की है कि, चंडीगढ़ मेयर चुनाव में रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर अनिल मसीह पर मुकदमा चलाना होगा. क्योंकि वो चुनाव प्रक्रिया में हस्तक्षेप कर रहे थे. शीर्ष अदालत ने चंडीगढ़ मेयर चुनाव के रिटर्निंग अधिकारी अनिल मसीह से पूछताछ की और पूछा कि, उन्होंने मतपत्रों पर 'एक्स' निशान क्यों लगाए. साथ ही पूछा कि, वो कैमरा क्यों देख रहे थे.

Supreme court on Chandigarh Mayor Election: Supreme Court on Monday has remarked that Anil Masih, returning officer in Chandigarh Mayor election, has to be prosecuted as he was interfering with the election process. The apex court quizzed Anil Masih, returning officer for Chandigarh mayoral polls, and asked why he put 'X' marks on ballot papers.
