Supreme court on Chandigarh Mayor Election: चंडीगढ़ मेयर चुनाव पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला आ गया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने चंडीगढ़ मेयर चुनाव का नतीजा रद्द कर दिया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा हम फिर से गणना का निर्देश दे सकते है। हम ये आदेश दे सकते है कि इन अमान्य करार दिए गए आठ वोट को भी वैध मानकर गिनती हो। उसके हिसाब से चुनाव परिणाम घोषित हो. CJI ने आदेश में HC में दायर उस याचिका भी जिक्र किया जो चुनाव से पहले दायर की गई थी ताकि वहाँ स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष चुनाव सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
