Subramanian Swamy Exclusive : हिजाब मामले पर स्वामी ने ओवैसी को फिर दी चुनौती| Supreme Court |Hijab

हिजाब पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दो जजों की बेंच ने अपना फैसला सुनाया. जस्टिस हेमंत गुप्ता और सुधांशु धूलिया की पीठ की अलग-अलग राय सामने आई है. जस्टिस गुप्ता ने कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को बरकरार रखा. वहीं दूसरे जज सुधांशु धूलिया ने कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को खारिज कर दिया. इसके बाद इस मामले को चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया यूयू ललित के पास भेज दिया गया है और उनसे बड़े बेंच में सुनवाई का आग्रह किया गया है. इस मामले पर बीजेपी नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने Zee News से बातचीत में कई बड़ी बातें कही हैं.

A two-judge bench of the Supreme Court gave its verdict on the hijab. Different opinions of the bench of Justices Hemant Gupta and Sudhanshu Dhulia have come out. Justice Gupta upheld the decision of the Karnataka High Court. On the other hand, another judge Sudhanshu Dhulia set aside the decision of the Karnataka High Court. After this, the matter has been referred to Chief Justice of India UU Lalit and he has been requested to hear in a larger bench. On this matter, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has said many big things in a conversation with Zee News.
