Method:
Make Dough Balls using All Purpose Flour , Cornflour & Oil
Apply Oil ,sprinkle cornflour & place one on the other
Roll them gently
Cook it on tawa, without dis-colouring it
Remove the layers
Place the stuffing on sheets
Roll it & seal it
Take Mixing Bowl
Add 2 tb spn of Maida
Add 2 tb spn of Cornflour
Add Salt to taste
Add ½ Beaten Egg
Add Water
Mix it into a Thin Batter
Take a Non-Stick Tawa
Add a drop of Oil & clean it
Take a plate & Dust it with Cornflour
Pour the Batter on Medium hot tawa
Remove the excess batter on tawa
Cook it till bubbles are formed
Remove it onto the Corn Flour dusted plate
Repeat this same process for all the sheets
Take these sheets & place the stuffing
Roll it & Seal it properly
Take a Non-Stick Tawa
Apply the Same Batter using a Brush
Cook it & remove it
Place the stuffing
Roll it & Seal it
Shanghai Sheets = Maida+Salt+Water
Take the jelly kind of dough in hands
Rub it on the medium hot tawa
Cook it & remove it
Place the stuffing
Carefully roll it
Seal it using Slurry
Fry them in Medium Hot Oil
Fry them till they turn Golden Colour
Serve Hot with Chilli Garlic Sauce or Tomato Ketchup
