South Korea Seol Halloween Stempede LIVE: साउथ कोरिया में हैलोवीन फेस्टिवल में 151 लोगों की मौत की खबर सामने आने के बाद साउथ कोरिया के राष्ट्रपति मौके पर पहुंचे और हालात का जायजा लिया. इसके बाद उन्होंने घटना की जांच के आदेश दे दिए. मृतकों में 19 विदेशी भी शामिल हैं. ईरान, उज्बेकिस्तान, चीन और नॉर्वे के नागरिक साउथ कोरिया में हैलोवीन फेस्टिवल में शामिल हुए थे, जिनकी मौत हो गई.

At least 151 people, mostly teenagers and young adults in their 20s, were killed in a crush when a huge crowd celebrating Halloween surged into an alley in a nightlife area of the South Korean capital Seoul on Saturday night, emergency officials said. A further 65 people were injured in the melee in Seoul's Itaewon district, Choi Sung-beom, head of the Yongsan Fire Station, said in a briefing at the scene. Nineteen of the injured were in serious condition and receiving emergency treatment, the officials said, adding the death toll could rise.
