कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने राम मंदिर का न्योता ठुकरा दिया है, जिसके बाद पार्टी में असंतोष के सुर सुनाई देने लगे हैं। कांग्रेस के कई सीनियर नेताओं ने न्योता ठुकराने के फैसले के खिलाफ खुलकर विरोध जाहिर करना शुरू कर दिया है। सबसे पहले आचार्य प्रमोद कृष्णम ने फैसले को कांग्रेस के लिए आत्मघाती बताया अब गुजरात कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष और पोरबंदर से विधायक अर्जुन मोढ़वाडिया ने भी कांग्रेस हाईकमान के फैसले पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। मोढवाडिया ने कहा है कि यह देशवासियों की आस्था और विश्वास का विषय है। कांग्रेस को ऐसे राजनीतिक निर्णय लेने से दूर रहना चाहिए था
