Paro hears someone loading up a pistol and moves backwards, she collides with Rudra who also has heard the loading. As Rudra moves forward, the attacker comes in front of him in the guise of a BSD officer, Shantanu Kumar. Rudra shows the officer to his room and tells him to do his duty for a couple of days and go back. Next morning, Sunehri is shocked to see Shantanu in her house.
