Rahul Defamation Case: मानहानि मामले में 2 साल की सज़ा वाले CJM Court के फैसले को चुनौती देंगे राहुल

2019 के मानहानि मामले में राहुल गांधी को सूरत की CJM कोर्ट ने दो साल की सज़ा सुनाई थी। इसी सिलसिले में राहुल की संसद सदस्यता को ख़ारिज कर दिया गया। कोर्ट के सज़ा वाले फैसले को लेकर अब राहुल गांधी चुनौती देने जा रहे हैं। इसी सिलसिले में राहुल ने याचिका तैयार कर ली है और जल्द कोर्ट में अपील कर सकते हैं।
