Rahul Defamation Case: थोड़ी देर में Surat पहुंचेंगे राहुल गांधी, Sessions Court में करेंगे अपील

2019 के मानहानि मामले में दो साल की सज़ा के खिलाफ अपील करने थोड़ी ही देर में सूरत पहुंचेंगे राहुल गांधी। उनके साथ इस दौरान प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा समेत कांग्रेस के कई नेता मौजूद रहेंगे। बता दें कि मोदी सरनेम मामले में सूरत के CJM कोर्ट ने राहुल को दो साल की सज़ा सुनाई थी जिसके बाद उनकी संसदीय सदस्यता को रद्द कर दिया था। इसी के खिलाफ याचिका दायर करने आज सूरत सेशंस कोर्ट जा रहे हैं राहुल।
