In this recipe, I basically sauteed veggies of my choice in a pan and then added tomatoes. Add spices- Salt/ Pepper/ Garlic Salt/ Paprika/ Parsley ( Or Oregano) . Mix well and add some fresh basil leaves towards the end.
On a Pita bread, put cheese, toppings and cheese again and toast (or bake) at 400/425 F for 5-6 mins (or until cheese is melted). Enjoy Warm with your favourite glass of wine.
