Maharashtra' home minister R R Patil, has announced a probe into matters regarding Actor Sanjay Dutt being served liquor in jail premises at Yerwada, where he is serving his sentence for his involvement in 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts. These charges were levied by leader of the opposition Vinod Tawade.
As per sources,Tawade had made this allegation in the council and had said that the state government was being very lax about the security to which Patil denied it being so and also ordered a probe into the matter.

Police seniors denied and said, "these allegations are untrue and we are ready to face any enquiry,"
