Actor Sanjay Dutt who has been lodged in Yerawada jail for illegal possession of firearms was served liquor by the policemen inside the jail premises this allegation was applied by opposition leader Vinod Tawde on Saturday in the Maharashtra Legislative council.

As per sources , Sanjay Dutt is at present on a 30 day parole to visit his ailing wife Maanyata.Pune Divisional Commissioner Prabhakar Deshmukh said, He has been granted one-month parole on the recommendation made by the prison officials. The date of his release on parole will be decided by them after completing the formalities."
This parole was granted to him when the Assistant Commissioner of Police Mumbai recommended it. Earlier too Sanju was given a 14 day furlough that got further extended to more fifteen days.
