Ingredients
[00:51] Sesame Seeds (Til): 1 large bowl (approx. 150g)
[01:19] Peanuts (Moongfali): 1 small bowl (approx. 75g, raw)
[01:37] Puffed Rice (Murmura): 1 small bowl (approx. 10g)
[04:00] Ghee: 1 tbsp (for shine and softness)
[04:12] Jaggery (Gud): 1 large bowl (approx. 250g, crushed)
[04:22] Water: 2 tbsp (to melt jaggery)
[03:43] Cardamom Powder: For flavor

Method
[01:56] Dry roast sesame seeds on low-medium flame till they puff; keep some aside.
[02:20] Roast peanuts, remove skin, keep some whole peanuts aside.
[02:52] Lightly roast puffed rice till crunchy.
[03:08] Coarsely grind sesame, peanuts, and puffed rice.
[03:43] Add cardamom powder and mix well.
[04:00] Heat ghee, add jaggery + 2 tbsp water; cook till melted and frothy.
[04:53] Add ground mix, stir till mixture leaves pan sides.
[05:33] Transfer to greased plate and level evenly.
[05:48] Garnish with sesame seeds and peanuts, press lightly.
