TIL GUD GAJAK RECIPE |TIL MAWA ROLL #tilgudroll

Ingredients
[00:45] Sesame Seeds (Til): 1 bowl (approx. 150g, white sesame seeds)
[02:30] Mawa (Khoya): 1 bowl (approx. 200g, fresh)
[03:22] Jaggery (Gud): 3/4 bowl (approx. 130g, crushed or grated)
[04:07] Cardamom Powder: A pinch for flavor
[05:21] Dry Fruits: Chopped Cashews, Almonds, and Pistachios (for the filling)
Cooking Steps
[01:12] Dry roast sesame seeds on low-medium flame till aromatic; do not change color.
[01:42] Keep 4–5 tbsp roasted sesame seeds aside.
[02:00] Cool remaining seeds and grind coarsely.
[02:30] Heat mawa on low flame till soft and melted.
[03:16] Add jaggery, cook till melted and well combined.
[04:07] Add cardamom powder and mix.
[04:12] Switch off flame, add ground sesame + some whole seeds, mix to dough-like texture.
[04:45] Grease butter paper with ghee, sprinkle whole sesame seeds.
[05:00] Spread mixture and roll to medium thickness.
[05:21] Add chopped dry fruits and gently press.
[05:46] Roll tightly into a log using butter paper.
[06:18] Let it set, then slice and serve.
