Sandeshkhali Case Update: संदेशखाली मामले में ममता सरकार को कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है. कोर्ट ने संदेशखाली के मुख्य आरोपी और टीएमसी के पूर्व नेता शाहजहां शेख को सीबीआई के हवाले करने का आदेश दिया है. ममता सरकार ने इस मामले की जांच पुलिस और सीआईडी को सौंपी थी. कोर्ट ने कहा कि जबरन वसूली, जमीन हड़पने और यौन उत्पीड़न की कई शिकायतों के मुख्य आरोपी शाहजहां की हिरासत आज सीबीआई को सौंप दी जाए. कोर्ट ने बंगाल पुलिस को शाहजहां और मामले की सामग्री सौंपने के लिए शाम 4.30 बजे तक का समय दिया.

Sandeshkhali Case Update: Mamata government has got a big blow from Calcutta High Court in Sandeshkhali case. The court has ordered to hand over Sandeshkhali's main accused and former TMC leader Shahjahan Sheikh to CBI. Mamta government had handed over the investigation of this case to the police and CID. The court said that the custody of Shahjahan, the main accused in several complaints of extortion, land grabbing and sexual harassment, should be handed over to the CBI today. The court gave time till 4.30 pm to Bengal Police to hand over Shahjahan and the case material.
