युक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति ज़ैलेनस्की ने भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को call करके G-20 की अद्दयक्षता की बधाई देते हुए . युद्द समाप्त करने की मांग की है और कहा है की मेरे द्वारा बताए गए शांती के फोर्मुले को लागू किया जाए। दिलचस्प बात ये है कि कुछ दिन पहले रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन ने पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी को कॉल करके दोनों देशों के संबंधों पर बात की थी. उसके बाद अब जेलेंस्की ने भी पीएम मोदी को कॉल मिलाकर युद्ध खत्म करवाने में सहयोग मांगा है. दोनों देशों की इस तवज्जो के पीछे सबसे बड़ा कारण ये है कि भारत इस जंग में पूरी तरह न्यूट्रल है. उसने न तो अपने भरोसेमंद दोस्त रूस की आलोचना की है और न ही हमला करने के रूस के तर्कों को वाजिब ठहराया है. भारत ने रूस से तेल आयात कम करने के पश्चिमी देशों के आग्रह को भी बहादुरी के साथ नकार दिया है, जिससे दुनिया में भारत की साख और बढ़ गई है.
