New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mother Heeraben Modi, 100, passed away on Friday morning. She was admitted to U N Mehta Hospital in Ahmedabad. Taking to his Twitter, PM Modi mourned the death of his mother in a series of tweets. He wrote in Hindi, "A glorious century rests at the feet of God... In Maa I have always felt that trinity, which contains the journey of an ascetic, the symbol of a selfless Karmayogi and a life committed to values."

PM Modi की मां हीराबेन का निधन शुक्रवार तड़के अहमदाबाद के अस्पताल में हो गया. हीराबेन की उम्र 100 साल थी. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की मां हीराबेन की बुधवार को तबीयत बिगड़ गई थी, जिसके बाद उन्हें अहमदाबाद के यूएन मेहता अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था . प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने स्वर्गीय मां हीराबेन मोदी के पार्थिव शरीर को कंधा दिया.
