प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बहुआयामी द्विपक्षीय संबंधों को और गहरा करने के लिए संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के राष्ट्रपति शेख मोहम्मद बिन जायद अल नाहयान के साथ बातचीत की। श्री मोदी का अबू धाबी में राष्ट्रपति भवन क़सर-अल-वतन में औपचारिक स्वागत किया गया, जहां संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के राष्ट्रपति ने उनका गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। भारत और यूएई अपनी मुद्राओं में व्यापार समझौता शुरू करने और भारतीय एकीकृत भुगतान इंटरफेस को खाड़ी देश के त्वरित भुगतान प्लेटफॉर्म (आईपीपी) से जोड़ने पर सहमत हुए क्योंकि प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के राष्ट्रपति शेख मोहम्मद बिन जायद अल नाहयान के साथ व्यापक वार्ता की।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to further deepen the multifaceted bilateral ties. Mr. Modi was accorded a ceremonial welcome in Abu Dhabi at the Qasr-Al-Watan — the presidential palace — where he was greeted by the UAE President with a warm embrace. India and the UAE agreed to start trade settlement in their currencies and link the Indian Unified Payments Interface with the Gulf country’s Instant Payment Platform (IPP) as Prime Minister Narendra Modi held comprehensive talks with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
